Townsend Road house - design of a large family home on a sloping site in the suburb of Miramar. Sited to maximise sun and views across Miramar Peninsula. Recent addition of an additional bedroom has just been completed for the current owners.

Waikanae house - New house on an elevated site affording views of Kapiti Island. Clients brief for a single storey home takes the form of 2 pavillions (House and garage / workshop) linked by a service area sited to maximise sun; privacy and views.

Taupo house - located within Taupo Airport this holiday house includes a hanger for small aircraft. The form of the house (especially master bedroom located on the highest level) allows generous views across Lake Taupo and beyond from the upper levels.

Clyde Street house – a new 2-storey 4 bedroom house with garage built on a small 305sqm rear site. House is sited to open onto a private west facing garden. A compact design with a small 106sqm footprint - the design strategy was to create the “illusion of space” by incorporating a double height space linking the ground and first floors.

Balfour Street house - a new 3 bedroom house built on a subdivided site. This house takes the form of a single storey dwelling in the form of 2 pavilions – a living / kitchen / dining pavilion and a master bedroom pavilion. A flat roof link containing a 3rd bedroom and service areas separates the 2 pavilions.
